5 ‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ cast members arrested

Curtis Pease, Travis Moscato, Jacob Geer and Dustin Hoyle, from “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” were seen leaving a police headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, Wednesday after being arrested in connection with the home invasion in July.

One of the men is facing eight counts of attempted murder, along with other charges, including armed robbery, and mischief. Another man is facing charges related to the home invasion.

A female domestic worker who was visiting the house with a group of men ended up being shot by one of the suspects on July 21st after she opened the front door. Her injuries are not considered life-threatening. The other five people in the house were able to get away unharmed.

The suspects allegedly used a sledgehammer to force their way into the house. No other information about the suspects or their charges is currently available.

In August, the homeowner decided to sue News Canada to hide the fact he called police and the newspaper was then able to identify him as a shooting victim.

Some people have accused the homeowner and his family of not allowing police access to the scene to begin with, and not reporting what happened to avoid media coverage.
